I don't fully get the government excuse Dodge is using. Build the car, tack on the appropriate guzzler tax, and let folks that want them pay it. Maybe I'm missing something but seems straight forward to me?

There seems to be some type of pressure or upcoming fines / government penalties for these cars.
I remember the last time this happened and performance cars were gone in 2 years.

Well, let's see. 2020 presidential election was fraudulent, the Georgia senate race was as was the recall election of Newsom in California.

I agree, but I do hope that a lot of people will be watching. As for Florida/// we are blessed with a great governor and congress persons. As long as the party doesn't force our state leader in running for the ass hole chair in DC. Thru the Chianese germ warfare, our state, and still, was a role model for the rest of the country. Just hope they don't steal him to DC. Gov control over the large cooperation is a no brainer. But thank god the majority of companies are small businesses. Why don't we start with the IRS. Damn communist gov agency ruined my life and put my 5 businesses and 55 tradesmen out of work. Cause I had a nasty divorce with the woman's daughter whom owned the largest CPA firm in Tenn. I brought her up on charges with the CPA association. Could have got her disbarred. Should have.

I meant from going in a factory car perspective. If doing a "build" I'd have a performance 426 built and put the Whipple on it personally and save the other $15K for other upgrades.

My wife got the land and the house/floorplan she wanted and I got the oversize garage with lift. No pool this time thank God. This will be our 11th new home since 1994. This old Soldier is done moving for sure.

No lift in mine yet. Should of bought one when prices were lower.

I totally understand about the pool. I've maintained my wife's pools for over 25 years. So damn glad that's over. Now if I can figure out how have her clean up behind her dogs life would be great.
