I’ve got cast iron parts from my other car that require a repaint and instead of sand blasting them I am considering a paint stripper. Can anyone recommend a good product? Thanks all.

I’m using this crap, Klean Strip, certainly taking its time. About 30-35 yrs ago I picked up some aircraft stripper that you could watch the paint bubbling up, worked like a charm. From what I understand some ingredient has been eliminated due to safety concerns.
I use this stuff. Works great! The trick is to get your parts tightly covered in plastic wrap ASAP after application to keep the chemicals from evaporating too fast. Let it sit 15-20 minutes then paint just wipes away. It is also great for finding small unknown holes in your gloves as it will burn like hell on your skin.
I’m thinking I’m just going to sandblast the remaining parts. I stripped the water pump just because I want to be careful about sandblasting near bearings.
