The best money you can spend would be to have Dave Wise from MMC or even Marauo Brocca who is a local restorer take a look at the car for you. They both do this for a living, there reports are complete and accurate. It would be money well spent!
Quality of car and resto make a huge difference in price, the last two Hemi Challengers that were very correct sold at the Mecum Kissimmee auction this past Feb, one sold for 258k and the other for 301K that was hammer price there was 10% Commission also. There was one that sold at that same auction for 93k, theres a reason for this, correctness, documentation , resto quailty. Wonder why one car sold for 258k and the other for 301K that 301 car was an original shaker hood car, very few accuality built with shakers in 70, many have them now and there repos.Top dollar cars will bring top dollar and driver quality bring driver money. That said the car is nice no doubt, theres alot of incorrect on this car. The wheels are Not the correct 450 numbered wheels , the correct wheels for this car are 1000.00 each for correct date coded oem wheels, the wheels on it 250.00 for 4, you can buy repo 450 wheels at 1000 per set just an example of why some cars bring 130 -160 and others hit that 300 mark. Image 9 check fit of rear valance to quarter pannel thats most likey a repo quarter that hasnt been installed to premium standards , compare to pass side images 10-13, seat covers fit loose and puckered, heater box has a cracked and removed lip, no spair tire air canister (1000) for a real oem. NO jack assembley, incorrect master cylinder and lid, no hood spring, incorret wiper motor.........ect. All of this does not mean its not a very nice car BUT its nowhere near the car that brought 258k. Also cant really see the inner fender tag clear enough but looks like its a repo, that makes a value diffrence, body numbers, restamps, core support numbers and cowl numbers must match and have to be original to the body. Its a big investment, dont guess you could loose your tail in a hartbeat.

Good luck and educate yourself, Top dollar cars bring top dollar, Prices are still very strong if not record setting on the right cars but smart buyers are not buying driver cars for top dollar thats where the price diffrence is,dont get caught paying top dollar for driver quailty thats where new buyers loose there tail!!!!
