More gristle than fat. Dry, dense meat. Probably wasn't really a ribeye. I'd have raised a fuss but had a cousin and her husband that we hadn't seen in years as guests and didn't want to spoil the mood. Upside was he left his phone there, so I took him back to get it in the Hellcat and impressed him quite a bit.
