V86 Emissions Recall

Hello Josh,

I need to ask two questions about the recall (V86 Emissions Recall) on the 2015 thru 2017 Hellcats. It requires a software update, new 02 sensors and new cats.

I may have to have this done in order to register my car next year. My question is 1, If I have it done will I be able to reload my tune and /or will you need to tweak the tunes due to the new sensors?

Question 2 is have you done this change/modification to any other 2015/2017 Hellcats tunes that had this recall done?

You can't register your vehicle if there is a recall active?
And no I haven't had the recall done nor do I plan to do so unless it actually causes a problem.

I registered it with a recall before. They just advised me it was due. As long as it passes emissions it should be good.

Yes, I just had the Kitty's first emission test with 3 open recalls, including V86, and passed, they did not say a word - the tech's were far more interested in the car itself

CA stated you cannot register car without the recall being done. Don't know what to do. I may sell it ( only 3K miles on it ) and buy a RE and register it out of state.

Yep, it said that in the recall. That's Commiefornia for you.

Every state is different, in Texas you can register with open recalls.

Doesn't surprise me about Cali. & others.
