Hopefully my AAD Idler pulley mount modification works and I get it mounted tonight, get some more wrap on the pulley and tension on the belt and get some high rpm fueling and pump data soon.
The RE fuel sensor I can make a jig to test it pretty easily but the HC one being it’s part of the rail is going to be a bit more of a challenge without ruining a rail to cut one out of. And he want to have a donor HC DS rail they want to sacrifice to this experiment? I need the fuel pressure sender from one.
@Unholy707 hit what I was thinking. Put a gauge on the schrader valve and see what it reads.

What size injectors? I bet your fuel pressure was really higher then displayed and the PCM thinks it is.

@16GoManGoHC2 has his hood off, mechanical gauge hooked up to rail, a go pro fixated on the gauge, and is doing a 60-130 pull as we speak

I’m back to my HC rails, no Schrader valve on them or I would put a refrigeration hose on the port and run a gauge to under the windshield wiper, I did that on my kids RX 8 to verify flue pressure before at WOT LOL

Went back to your modified HC fuel rails? Any reason why besides the odd pressure reading? I might end up doing that lol. I have an HHP drain hose, which is just a refrigerant hose

I wanted to see if my wonder about the RE rails fuel sensor held any weight or not, so in putting the Whipple back on it went on with the HC rails I ran with it before, I never ran it with the RE rails, and probably won’t now either lol. I dont need a drain port, I only run E85.

All I can say is FU€KING WOW!! WHAT AN ANIMAL!! Unfortunately 60-130 times of only 5.84 and 5.79 return pass but spinning all the way to 130, was a HAIRY ride and for me to say that is scary lol.
Fuel keeping up to 24 psi and 2430 Aircharge with room to spare. I hit it about right on the mark with my prediction of 65% inj DC, DA was -392 to -492 and 39 F. No more belt slip!!
Looks like I can take some of the fuel back out I added

Major spin at 78 on the first run, pants filling 5 seconds lol

This screen shot shows MPH is calculated just by the rear tires not the fronts as see the rpm climb and dip and the mph follow? That’s not a shift, that’s wheel spin in 3rd, shift to 4th occurs at about 105

Any verdict on that fuel rail pressure sensor? I'm loving my drain port so I won't be going back to stock Hellcat rails.

No direct test of sensor out put voltage sensor to sensor at same psi input but I think todays full throttle 6500 rpm 2440 aircharge data logs show something is different between the 2. pumps did not once go to 89% or fuel pressure go below commanded 73 psi, even in -500 DA, 39F, and 83% ethanol in the tank. I can test the RE sensor easily but testing the integrated into the fuel line HC sensor is going to be a challenge but I have an idea but need some injector clips to clip some injectors into the rails to plug the holes. Anyone have 4 clips they can send me?

24psi. Good lort.

Nice work on the idler mod. I wonder how similar the billet Bwoody version is? You know. Just incase.

I'm 3 weeks minus a day from drop off at Allpar for the chiller, bumper tank, long tubes, solo cyclone exhaust, blower spacers/blanket and blower health check. If the blower needs a rebuild...guess we'll see how stupid I decide to be.

There's no need to Adele #7 right now but you goofy bastages keep posting all the toys so...

@Speedy! (or anyone else even) Do you have a schematic showing the wiring pin out for the fuel pressure sensors plug? I have a spare harness here and can figure it out but having such without get that harness out and put it out with a meter, etc. will get me to testing the sensors all the quicker if someone can supply me a schematic please. I have a test rig figure it out already. I just need to know how to hook it up to a meter to chart record it voltage versus pressure applied. Both sensors will be hooked up to the same pressure supply and and a chart recording voltage meter on the output of each sensor to plot what one gives out versus what the other gives out at the same pressure at the same time, ie a totally valid and real time comparison of one to the other, from 0 psi to 110 psi.

Nice!! Exactly what is needed but I need it on fuel pressure sensor itself.
