IBM did that back in the early 2000's with software engineers. We were left with a skeleton team to rework the non-functioning, poorly written software that was being produced. We were told not to say a word to the customers or bash upper management for the issues under penalty of being let go. It was all so high stress and a HUGE mess. I was sooooooo happy to take a package & retire early.
I feel sorry for the US based folks still working for Stealantics, they are going to get the shit beat out of them. My advise is to get those resume's ready & start looking now, you don't want to be the last guy out of the building !!
