For whatever reason, my pedestrian 'Cat is loader than my girlfriend's Redeye.

Not complaining, by the way. Hearing that glorious sound when stomping on it to pass someone is worth the price of admission all by itself.

The 392 seems more loud but it doesn’t have a supercharger drowning it out either.

She needs to punch that Redeye and break it in @Jimmy N.

My wife says she can hear me on the next block. And I pretty much idle through the neighborhood, never over 25 mph. Mine is stock.

Got home a couple weeks ago and opened the garage door and my car was not in there and I heard the wife coming about two blocks before she got there. She does not drive like I do so I'm guessing that she can here me from 8-10 blocks away:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::love::love::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool:

From accounts at the track, (stock very loud, without the cats hands down one of the loudest) and others when I have taken people for rides in my very suburban area, even a stock one can be heard from close to a mile away at WOT.

Oh, it should be broken in by now.

About 6,500 miles on it, including our 60-120 runs (one of which ended up being a 60-160), and she also stomps on it when passing. It's not quiet by any means. When following her in her Hellraisin 1.0, it sure sounded loud and nice, even though I was some 200 feet behind.

But she can hear mine starting up in the garage when she's in the barn, a quarter mile away. It's just louder.

How did she like HPDE lapping in AZ? After a couple of those days they blow out the mufflers better and are noticeably more loud. You got to “break in” the mufflers.

Those cars were definitely loud. Of course, I've never been out in the open with 'Cats roaring by before. And had no idea that the blower was so audible on the outside.

She liked the 2-day enough that she's talking about doing the 3-day next spring. Justifiably proud after getting second place in two events, losing only by a very small margin, to a guy that had done the course the week before.

How loud was my redeye? You definitely got to hear it at full roar behind me a few car lengths at full throttle ;)

Hate to tell you, but I don't remember. Might have been too busy enjoying the sounds of both to be able to store the information in my brain cell.

We might have to try again.

And it's somewhat recently repaved.

Last time I'm sure people could hear our cars for a long ways blasting off those mountain tops!

And hopefully also the deer, elk, and cows.

Yep. Just like it should be.

Animals are much more predictable, maybe even more logical. Except the deer.

Hellcat > LS(anything) > Coyote
I agree, the Hellcat was perfect. Quiet enough to roadtrip and loud enough to wake the neighbors.
I have long tubes and no cats on my Whipple Coyote right now… it makes power but it just doesn’t sound right.
