Does it only do the miss at the track or in other acceleration situations, like passing, merging, on ramp, etc...

Starts at 87mph and continues until the end of the run, so the problem isn't married to RPMs, since you'd shift a time or 2 before the end of the track and would cover a wide range of RPM. It also takes a few seconds or minutes to clear up but clears up on its own. If you shut down at the end of a pass and read the plugs - are they still good? If you shut down at the end of a pass, will the car start and drive normally or do you still have to wait?
Does anything else happen around that time? Are you electronically controlling anything by speed or gear? Boost for example.

This all started when the belt shredded, right? Ever find root cause for the belt failure?
I'd look for damaged wires around the belt area. At lower speeds the frayed wire may be making enough contact to work, but once there's 100mph worth of air blowing on it, she opens up and loses connection. Slim chance, I know, but there isn't a lot going on that's speed dependent. No ABS or Traction Control stuff happening right? Those can be speed dependent.

I have had procharged cars in the past and if the belt is slipping at wot it will run rich and missfire, see if you can log it it could be your problem, its tuned for a boost number without belt slip.

Yes car clears up on its own
Plugs have a good color to them
The car starts right up after run and drives normal it does have a gear vendor makes no difference on or off
there is no other symptoms other than the miss and goes lean
Checked all the wiring and connectors no bare wires all click locks snapped on sensors
I have the traction control tuned off by holding button for 10 seconds or so
Thanks for your input
Chuck

Logs def showed a lean condition. What about fuel filter socks? It sure looks to me like a fuel delivery issue.

Log 2 showed no issues. Fuel pressure was not in Log 1.

Log 1 did not have fuel pressure installed
log 2 towards the end after the 107 mph and speed started to come down went lean for over a minute and was missing the entire minute

So off throttle the car goes in to decel fuel cut off, so you're wide band will show max at that point, usually 18 for AFR. On throttle is where you don't ever want to see that happen. 11.5 - 11.8 on gasoline is the range. I'm diagnosing over the internet, but I'm highly confident you've got some kind of fuel issue.

It may be fuel injectors, have them cleaned or replace.

F1 has some awesome injectors & fairly inexpensive, talk to Keith 832-997-6065.
If you buy his injectors you get 1/2 price cleaning when needed, and their all flow matched.

Yes that is what is happening it’s like a switch turns on and a while later it switches off and runs fine that’s why it’s got me stumped not computer savvy I guess I could go ask my 5 year old grand daughter
