My Redeye is getting a 426 stroker, porting,TB, pulleys, injectors, cam, heads, parachute E85, ice tank and more. All mechanical and tuning by Barth and Satera. Getting ready for the 1 1/2 mile straight race at the end of this month in New Mexico. Can’t wait to see how it does.

So you are the guy that needs to post up about your build with pictures.

In the garage we are upgrading its suspension this season.
I have new rear cradle bushings, adjustable AAD control arms for all four corners, new tension arms, BMR adjustable toe arms (rear), a front strut brace, KW front spring set, alternate sway bar links. Soon to have four new 12" wide custom Triumph wheels with 325f 345r Cup 2 tires. Complete brake change ready to Demon Performance rotors, Hawk pads, it has its fluid changed out already. I am going lapping with the boat! I may even get talked into lining it up and checking if it will do better than a lame 11.7 second quarter sometime this season!

New Gearhead Whipple spacer will be at the shop tomorrow and everything back together by end of this week. Hpindy underdrive accessory pulley is on and new 3.40 gear set is in. Trans is in and ready to go. That’s it! Done! Couldn’t get a track date for tuning until end of month but she’ll be home and on the street next week and ready for the Pro class at MATS in Vegas on March 22nd.

Yes straight runway. My only goal in the beginning was 200 mph. Seems like I should do considerably better now.

Yikes!!! I went 183+mph in the half and you’re going to still have a full mile left to let her eat. You’re going to need to have a full ice tank to keep your temps under control. You’ll see 200 at about half track. 😂 Good luck!!!!!!!!!

Working on a new 426 build with Thitek heads. Was lucky enough to snag an aluminum (Hellephant) race block from SRT. This block should take 140lbs off the nose from stock. I’m old school so staying N/A.

Not yet Linda. Slow rolling it for an early spring release Can’t decide/find an intake worthy of delivering all the air we’re going to need.

I don’t know!! You’re going into uncharted territory. I can say that mine was still pulling hard at 180 so who knows. 1200+hp is formidable. Hard to hook at slow speeds but pulling power on top is something else. I’ll certainly be waiting to hear about it!!!

No. They wanted a parachute and I have a cage as well.

Good! I didn’t want to be preachy but... good!! I also have all that and would not go this fast without it. I was also wearing a full fire suit and had that five point harness pulled as tight as I could get it. If you don’t have a Hans or other strap type neck protection, at least go with a doughnut. I’m sure there are some here that would like to see your car. Cages and all that are starting to be something of interest with a number of people saying that they’re thinking about it.
