Regarding "road courses" ... I'm still ticked someone ordered the 2 piece front rotors on my DSRT 392 ... total waste of $$ ... makes rotor changes a PITA ... Lol

Yeah no road course stuff for me. Wear and tear and have friends that wadded up nice cars. I'd get a $5k Miata for that.

I know someone who road raced, he kept telling me if you knew how to drive that road racing caused less wear and tear than drag racing.

I disagreed.

One thing to think about, and it's what keeps me away from road courses more than I would like, it is MUCH more expensive to go a road course than it is to go to a 1/4 mile strip. Wear and tear is up, tires are up, brakes/fluid is up, risk is up, everything is up up up...

I know you weren't explicitly saying this was your path, but just in case it's banging around in the back of your head...

So just my luck, found the perfect spec 2024 Z06, priced right, been on the market a while so was gonna make an offer....close by at 250 miles away. Call and they sold it this past weekend after it had sat on the lot for almost 3 mos...lol go figure.

I'm looking for Silver paint 2LZ coupe, red and black interior, red brakes, matte titanium wheels, no added aero if anyone sees one.

I figure 2024 gives a year for first year bugs to be worked out and no silver offered in 2025 so....
