Unfortunately didn't get the exact DA for that run on 2019, but I think they ran on the 25th or the mid-morning/early afternoon on the 26th due to the increasing headwinds slowing everyone down through the weekend.

2019 Challenger Hellcat Stock (widebody):
171.400 169.500 169.600 168.300 168.000 168.100 168.500 169.200 168.300 168.000 169.300 167.100 170.100 172.300 170.600 170.100 170.900 169.000 173.700

167.1mph, March 26, 11-12am, DA ~844-1325ft, 8-10mph headwind.
168.5mph, March 27, 10-11am, DA ~1123-1383ft, 15-19mph headwind.

2015 Challenger Hellcat aFe Magnum 2 (narrowbody):
167.000 174.100 114.200 150.600 92.800

Our 174.1mph was run on March 26 at 1:15 pm with DA between 1754 and 1917ft, 12-13mph headwind. We also ran 167mph when DA was at max for the weekend, 2120ft, and headwind ~11-13mph. 150 was for license qualification and the 114 and 92.8 were my better half doing 1-mile racing for the first time.

Below was the DA data for the weekend:

I never vetted it, but a couple of the guys from down there when they came up said that they would run in the "180-185" range. Frankly, I always took their word for it.

For me, I ran ~174-175mph with a 176.0mph PB. However this was in DAs that ranged from 7500 on the low end to 9500ish or so. (I can't find my logs at the moment, that was a long time ago).

Being honest, the 176 was with a tailwind. But what always annoyed me was nobody ever gives anybody credit for headwinds in these things, and that was almost always the case at the Colorado Mile. It's simply the prevailing wind for that particular runway.

Ok, found it, and I guess I was wrong about the mph number...

It looks like winds were NW 11mph then switched to SE 9mph. Was the 1-mile run West to East or East to West?
1649075628801.png

For comparison,

2019 HC WB, DA 1230, NW 5mph, March 25, 2022 11:40am (stock), North to South run

1/4 mi - 121.5mph
1/2 mi - 147.2mph
1-mile - 173.7mph

2015 HC NB, DA 1754, SW 13mph, March 26, 2022 1:15pm (w/ aFe Magnum 2, no air box), North to South run
1/4 mi - 124.6mph
1/2 mi - 150.5mph
1-mile - 174.1mph

Below was from 2018. Looks like our morning runs didn't have much wind but then it picked up in the afternoon. That was about the time the UGR Yellow Lambo ran 254mph. It set the 1/2mi record that weekend with 259mph.

2015 HC NB, DA 9331, wind SW 19mph (w/ Legmaker), North to South run
1/2 mi - 147.54 mph

2016 HC NB, DA 9331, wind SW 19mph (stock), North to South run
1/2 mi - 144.56 mph

What is 88? It is cheaper then 87. E85 by my house was $3.03 tuesday about 82%
I think it’s a gas ethanol blend like E20 or something?? I think only flex cars can run it????
I was just surprised it’s 80% around here already, happily surprised!!! I brought 45 gallons of it home yesterday lol I mix it with E98 to bring it up to 85
