Those are HARD miles I guarantee it! :ROFLMAO: It'd be a LOT cooler with a Setina push-bar on the front too. Column shift is neat because it's different. I don't know, if you could score it for a decent price it could be a hoot watching people slam on their brakes...or trying to run from y'all! Not sure how much MOAR POWAH the AWD drivetrain could tolerate but throwing a Procharger or Maggie on it could add some even fassster fun as @Linda's Hell Cat would say!

*edit: Bonus points for the alley light...extra neato!

I think it would make a great beater where you don't have to worry about it.

Just drive it and let traffic get out of your way.

0 bids at this point.

The AWD 5.7 must be pretty reliable? Never heard of any with drivetrain issues

Isn't it under the GT models with the V6?

There’s been AWD 5.7s for years, my question was how much additional power can the drivetrain reliably handle…

I have no idea but it has to be tough to handle police work.

I believe after 2014 or so, non-pursuit AWD models were only available as a GT V6 model?

It’s basically the Mercedes 4Matic drivetrain which has been around for years.

Then it's a good one.

I'm WELL aware...I previously owned an AWD Magnum...

The question I raised (for the third time now) is how much additional power is the AWD drivetrain going to reliably handle, specifically if one to throw a Procharger/Maggie on top of it. THAT'S the question; it's obviously reliable for the 5.7 it's behind, by recollecting from my LXF days the drivetrain might not be as robust/tolerant to power adders as the standard RWD E-Class drivetrains were...

Does it use similar components to what is used in the AWD 392 Durango?

Different platforms but who knows? ML and GL series if I'm correct.

I have no idea how much power this driveline will handle. The largest car was the S550?

Now that's an interesting question!

S550 of the same model year was 449 HP...so more than what the 5.7 is rated for...now we're getting somewhere...FINALLY...! :ROFLMAO:

5 speed column shift would be a no go for me.
