What did they expect?

Go buy an EV 4x4 in 2 years and STFU....lol
Could not have texted this better. It’s like whining about the noise inside a rocket while youre headed to the moon. Unbelievable.

I don’t think anyone’s whining it’s more about options and once you run your TRX against a car a rude awakening will happen. When the Hellcat car gets next to you lol bye bye and ask me how I know. And yeh TRX is bad ass but at the end of the day 485 HP with the set up is more than enough. Your not going to be smoking the BMW M series, Mercedes AMG series and the list goes on. I have run a bunch of cars in my Super Snake Truck and at about 100 your looking at tail lights way up the road. My Raptor hauls ass for a truck as well and she’s a lot of fun and to each their own.

485 hp more than enough power to have a lot of fun. Trucks are not like the cars their is so much wind resistance and the weight. Ask me how I know since I have a 770 hp super snake that beat the TRX and trust me at 85mph plus the trucks inertia is huge you hit a wall.

I liken trucks and SUVs to the aerodynamics of Windsor Castle.

At the end of the day, people buying HC TRX's couldn't give a rat's arse about MPG.

In other words - whining.

Isn't the M1031 a pick up?
Not quite. It's a maintenance vehicle, with a meaningful PTO driven generator, compressor, etc. in the aluminum box.
But the best part is that those also came with a front LSD and an NP205 transfer case.

Not even 7,000 miles on this one. Wanna buy it?

By the way, the M1008 pulling the trailer used to be a pickup. I just shortened it 31 inches.

Nah I enjoy smoking the TRX type of trucks and no lie last year ago to the date i ran the exact truck like mine in my new GT500. It was really fun actually the guy came up on me when I was doing 80 and came around me so I nailed it and yep bye bye lol. And no lie it was miles before he caught up to me. I had slowed down so this guy didn’t want to give up so we slowed down to about 50 and side by side I nailed it and like a rocket bye bye lol. I slowed down up the road let him go in by since there was nothing I mean nothing there lol. So yeh trust me I won’t be the one whining when the TRX rolls up next to me😁

Here’s a good video I have shown before and the TRX does extremely well considering how much bigger it is. They should have put the Shelby 4 Door 4x4 against one another. The TRX would beat the 4 door Shelby.

I sure wouldn't have bought a TRX if it didn't have the 6.2.

As it is, it could use another 100 hp to make it run more like a 'Cat, or at least a Trackhawk.
Now, if I still lived in CA and had to deal with the roads there, maybe 14 inches of suspension travel would be a good thing. And even a V6 is sufficient when sitting in gridlock traffic. But I fled, so now I want fast and fun.

I’d take an extra 100hp and torque too. Not so much for more top end speed, but more for getting up to speed.

Yeah, that's what I'd like it for, too.

I'm sure that if coming from a normal 1500, the TRX feels great. But at least I expected it to be a bit of a slug after having experienced what extra weight does to the performance with the Trackhawk.
I knew that even more weight wouldn't exactly perk things up.

Oh well, the Challenger has spoiled me. There's no denying that.

Lol exactly and why the heck Ram doesn’t do a lowered one makes no sense either. It seems the amount of money people have these days can’t see people not buying them. That would actually interest me more to have the 2 door Viper truck style back😁

I hope they don't make even a normal height 2-door.
If so, it'd be hard to resist. And I really don't want to end up with as many vehicles as you have.

Looks like I'm safe. They don't make any kind of Gen 5 1500 in a 2-door.

I really don't think the 392 would bring much better MPGs with that rig, maybe 2-3 mpg. The 150-200 lbs weight saving maybe enough to notice though. They should totally do a full-on Cummins version TRX though.

@Jimmy N. I gotta come up and see your TRX soon - Gus wants a ride, I do too!

You guys are KILLING me. 702hp is not enough and the TRX is slow...lol! You can't make this stuff up. Only on a Hellcat board :ROFLMAO:
