In the unlikely event that something would happen (accident), I wonder if the driver would be liable for damages or the driver's insurance?

I would think Mecum would provide adequate coverage for the drivers..but a good question

That's a good question. So far they've not asked me to sign anything but maybe will when I show up.

They did ask for proof of insurance and ran a motor vehicle records check.

I imagine it'll be difficult to have an incident under push power lol.

You would be surprised. I've seen a number of accidents at Barrett Jackson and Mecum and you will be required to sign a number documents.

BJ Phoenix should be on every car guys bucket list....some really awesome deals....and the event is huge with tons of things to do...I've done it twice...

First time 4 yrs ago..me and my buddy went on a last minute whim...we got rooms @ a near by Casino hotel..we went for the weekend...it was an unreal experience...we met and had drinks and a cigar with Stephen Segal...(nice guy)...next time were takin the wives..would highly recommend the experience

Prelim research suggests the auctions insurance is active and covers drivers. Documents signed are an acknowledgement of same. Ill be sure to fill you guys in once I do it but this aligns with what Id expect.
