I also have two sets of Demon Performance front rotors (no hats), that have plenty of material remaining. I’ll sell them for $100 each set plus shipping. Yes, if your interested, I will measure the thickness. Can ship or drop them off anywhere between Minneapolis to Denver when I drive it within the next month or so.

Still have the DP front rotors?
How thick still?
These are for the DP custom hats, not the Girodisc rotors that fit the OE hats that KNS sells, right?

Unfortunately I still can’t find any details on them about how thick they are.
I emailed Sikky, they responded that the gaskets are 1/8" thick material.

Nice!! THANK YOU for doing such. Unfortunately that’s even too thick for the Whipple, the front support bolt won’t thread into the block with something even that thick, double supplied gaskets wouldn’t even work and Whipples latest design is very thin.

Well, wouldn't it compress? Problem is knowing how much.

If your spacing is so thin, maybe you can use some kind of RTV instead?

Yes, and yes I have the DP rotors. Overall I have 1- 5/16” thickness. IMG_7598.jpeg

Whipples gaskets are around 1/32” each, 1 the bolt threaded easily, 2 it wouldn’t. Unfortunately even being only 1/8” thin they’re too thick. I’ll have to pass on them, won’t work for my purpose. I have a spacer adapter for 12mm plates but it won’t work on 1/8”. I’d like to put some insulation between blower and heads, hence why I tried 2 gaskets even, but 12mm was too much.

@DGatzby , if 2ndGen doesn't end up taking the rotors, I never mind having spares. If they're still usable, I'd love to come by and take a look. That is if you'll be in the Minneapolis area again sometime soon.

FTY I think we are going to be around for a while yet, this real estate market sucks. I am flying west today, but returning in two weeks for a month of weekends. As we rotate that “shed” from summer to winter in November, I’ll look. I am not sure if I have another set. Now that it is minimized and orderly this should be easier.
