For the 100k + 150k adm, just go buy a dragpack and then go find a v6 vin from copart and be done with it.
That’s what I should have done at this point to be honest, started with a v6

Mph wouldn't line up I think.
MPH is funny because for what ever reason rarely is it the same from each outing or even lane at my track. My 9.12 was @ 149. 2 tenths and 2 mph 8.91 @151
On the other side Jon went 8.88 @155 but if he were in the other lane that day would have been 153. I ran 9.3 @151 the same day in the other lane so one was clearly 2 mph higher. I made other passes to back that up

But yeah it was definitely stripped down, it’s the same as the demon - 1 seat car unless you buy the options rear and passenger seat. Interesting they didn’t mention weight. I wonder what the carbon fiber wheels weigh

The wheels were CF and Titanium I believe and better be super light for $12k.

According to the DodgeGarage website the carbon fiber wheel setup saves approximately 32 lbs over the standard Redeye Widebody wheels, interestingly, they don't mention the weight savings of the standard Demon 170 wheel setup over the standard Redeye Widebody wheels, probably because there isn't close to $12,000 worth of weight savings there. I know I would stick with standard Demon wheels and buy aftermarket forged drag wheels, they would look better and probably be comparable in weight to the carbon fiber wheels, or possibly lighter if going with a 18x5 front setup.

The optional Lacks Enterprises carbon fiber wheels shed weight from the Demon, with the lightweight 17-inch by 11-inch rear wheels shaving a total of 11.98 pounds off the rear compared to the standard Redye Widebody configuration. Front 18-inch by 8-inch wheels save a total of 20.12 pounds off the front.

Not worth it then. I save almost 60lbs with my skinnies.

My forgestar with M&H tires saves over 50 lbs off the front over the standard Hellcat setup:)

Yep, I have forgestar f14 18x5 with Mickey et streets up front (super light) comes to 32lbs per side vs 64 per side stock. And I took my sway bar out

I'm at 34ish and was thinking the stock setup was 62

Well I've had a deposit on one for some time...now whether my dealer gets one...I'm not sure of..will have to wait and see..I did purchase my Demon new..and am the original owner.for whats thats worth..I though it was said that MSRP base price starts @ 96k...if true..seems reasonable...If my dealer gets one...I'm in
The owner and gen. mgr. of the dealership I deal with..(Northtown Dodge in North Tonawanda NY) went to Vegas for the event..they will be there till Sunday..I spoke to them this morning..they have an allocation of one Demon170..(mine)..and they are going to honor their signed agreement of my MSRP deal...they only two decisions I have made so far is the optional wheels...and color...:):):):):):)

315/50r17 Mickey on forgestar f14 beadlock 62.4lbs, f14 18x5 with Mickey et street 37.4, and stock 64.8. Hmm.. thought my 18 skinnies weighed less

That's my understanding. We'll now find out the real value of 2018 Demons now that owners aren't swapping them back and forth. I bet no one's gonna care about the 2018s now.

Can't wait to hear the story of how the 8.91 pass at 151 came to be.
Noticed the scoreboard didn't show the thousandth of a second.

so our conclusion was what was posted on the time clock was what time they were able to get out of the car not what it ran in vegas. When it made it to the finish line the lights flashed and there was no time. It was added afterwards
