No, just hammer price. But important point is seller gets a check for 8% less than that and has $1500 listing fees, transportation ect to deduct from actual money in pocket.

It was in one of the buildings far away from the auction building. It was next to the mat blue 718 Cayman.
The Demon that went for 92k was an absolute steal. Had somewhere around 5k on it. Looked like they drove it there and then right up on the block. It desperately needed a good detail.
Prices looked ok for used 170’s in the Florida market. After buyers fee’s it’s very close to new prices here as many Dealers are selling at $50k over MSRP now. When the inventory is gone prices may change?
