I've been trying to tell you guys these are $60K - $70K cars. I've had mine a part and the parts just don't add up to $100K cars. Marketing genius has people spending way more than these are worth.

I get that but if you are going to sale a redeye for 100k why wouldn't you sell the demon 170 for 150k

Well, I'd have loved to be in the room when MSRP was discussed but I bet it's something like this:

- We're going EV and no one wants it.
- We need to show them we're still bad ass
- We need to not price these too far up market
- Hey let's make it $100K so it's "within reach"
- Dealers are gonna mark them up to $300K+ let's throw them a bone since these EVs ain't gonna sell and Hornet's probably gonna tank

Every 18+ has the capability to do HO mode and inferred logic flex fuel.

They said revised mounting too. Wonder if that just means bushings or maybe a brace?

Need to swap trans flange and diff flange for that. If they'll even directly swap.

Wonder what engine parts they were breaking causing some of the delay. In a interview a ways back Tim said he would share at a later date.

I think they will probably want to sell everything new on this car through DC at some point.

For some reason Tim saying that E85 has 20% less carbon footprint is sticking with me...
