Been out of town time to try and figure this thing out.
So I installed new coils. Replaced all sensors. Replaced ECM
There is no differance dont know what internaL IN MOTOR THAT COULD CAUSE THIS PROBLEM
About ready to tear the motor out and tear it down I just dont no what else to do.
That sucks!! I just don’t know. U about changed everything! good luck keep us updated when u find the problem!

Well got the new NGK spark plugs and installed them gaped them at .024.
No difference bring rpms up above 5000 rpms the miss starts 1-2 minutes later runs smooth and all the power you could want ?

speedy can you explain your thoughts on fuel delivery ? I have replaced fuel pumps x3 Cleaned fuel tank checked all plumbing to and back to tank replaced fuel filter assembly Had injectors cleaned and tested its running -8AN fuel lines and then replaced the ECM short of the tune it ran great for a year then belt went and problems began

The log you sent showed a lean condition at WOT. It was the Log 1 E85 file from the track. I'd stop throwing parts and start diagnosing. Get it on a dyno or something if you can and monitor. When you're driving around out of boost you're not having an issue if I remember correctly. More boost = more fuel needed. It's been a while on my 5.7 but think I gapped mine at .028 for 14 psi. Gap may be too close for E85 but your tuner should help with that question.

What's fuel pressure look like? I'd also add the pid INJ CYL 1 (ms) for injector pulse width and injector duty cycle as well.

it comes on with boost and without can bring the rpms up slowly without boost and it comes on at the same rpms. I am running 22lbs of boost. I agree I have thrown to many parts at it I listen to peoples opinion and just go with it. There is nobody close to me that works on dodge hemi that is why I trailered car to Curt for the tune Curt will work for me to try and clear this up we have been having a problem getting a clear pattern on the logs

I did another log with my HP tuner this time I added injector pulse width and from what I can tell #3 and #7 pulse is reading zero when the problem happens and engine shows lean for 1 minute then it just goes away and all is good

Was one of the first things that I checked it only has small number of lines checked TB o ring has a sight roll over and slight tear replacing adapter and gaskets to make sure.
Pulled valve cover again and checked all valve train movement looks good hard to measure with micrometer no real point to make contact withoit the tip walking
