Hey community! It took me a hot minute to sync all this in my free time but we are LIVE!
https://injectorcleanup.com/products/injector-cleaning-service

Right now I can service all FIC/ID and stock Dodge injectors. Even if you don't have one of the previously mentioned I can still clean the injectors, just might take a little bit longer to wait for the kits to come in but we can get them working right. Once you go through the cart, select your package and get them shipped out to me, I'm going to clean the hell out of them!

Lessa gooooooooooooooooo!

Wow, that’s an awesome deal. I might send you mine at the end of the season. What all is done? Sonic clean, flow test, new baskets/o rings?

Customer was having issues. The car was stumbling. Initial inspection.
IMG_0420.jpeg IMG_0421.jpeg IMG_0422.jpeg
With injectors this dirty I like to let the intake end soak in gasoline for a half hour.
IMG_0423.jpeg
After three uktrasonic baths they are finally clean enough to hit my good fluid and be flow tested.
IMG_0432.jpeg
In case you wonder why I clean so much before flow testing. I use some pretty solid calibration fluid, this was the injector cleaning fluid after bath #1
IMG_0434.png
Turned the fluid black. Don't want that in my testing machine. But they are ready to flow! Remember for the rest of the year, 100.00! All 8 injectors!

Those were filthy! Any idea how many miles on them and what fuel they used?

Customer is a procharged 6.4 Charger running e85. Built bottom end but has no inclination to go faster. Its his weekend fun car for him and his son, says its just fun having an 8psi charger for those that want to play games thinking he’s stock.

These are factory Hellcat injectors. Our assumption is without a properly vented catch can to atmosphere the cylinder was retaining moisture and gumming the injector.

It is a possibility that is happening @Unholy707 I believe his 6.4 is still using the plastic intake and the gaskets are the 6.4 gaskets just like the 6.2 that have the opening.

Yep and the oil fill port, they actually use that provision on the head. I wonder if there’s oil around there/the intake manifold, pretty common problem with the 6.4s

Can you fix leaking injectors? Do you replace the baskets as well?

Leaking injectors would need to be ohm checked, if they fail the ohm check it is a wish and a prayer to see if the ultrasonic bath can remove any contamination keeping the solenoid open. Baskets rarely need to be changed unless they are damaged and yes. If the injector requires baskets that are not in my current stock there will be a delay while we await the rebuild kit to arrive.

Is it just me or is it odd that the CT200 is only 6-cyl?

Why not 8-cyl?

No, it just seems like it would be a no-brainer to have a unit with 8 positions

Does that even matter though? I’d think as long as you test bank separate it’s fine. Not many 8 cyl cleaners out there, just not needed. What would you do for 10 cyl cars then?

Like my old Ram V10, most rare obviously

But for a V8, then you could process one customer in one batch.

As for 4 & 6 cylinder motors, if they shit in the woods, do bears exist?

(Or something like that)
