They will start building '21 Rams this week (8/31), but when they'll start TRXs.... who knows. I would expect the LEs to be built at the same time as the batch of Air Force Built To Serve Rams since they'll both use the same 'special' color (Anvil). No idea about regular TRXs but I wouldn't really expect to see any show up on dealer lots until Q1 2021.
