I‘m placing my TRX order today, so it will be 8 or so weeks before the Raptor goes away. It’s strange. I like the Raptor, but I don’t love it. It also doesn’t hurt that the dealer is giving me $3,000 more than what I paid for the Raptor a year ago!

After I put my poll up for color choice on my TRX. Originally I had selected hydro blue.

I ended up switching to Flame Red. I kept having second thoughts, I kept imaging owning the truck for 2-3 years and how the color would be. I started to see the rebel in hydro blue after I ordered it, and what I saw was something I didn’t like. That blue is a very light color, you never get that dark shade of blue you see in the pictures. Any light that hits that truck, it is that light color blue, which I just wasn’t a fan of. If they would have made it in a darker blue color like the raptor I would have kept my order.

To each his own, the color was just to light for my personal taste.

I was cruzing next to a silver one yesterday. I got a very good look at it from every angle. Very boring color. Seemed like it had no life or excitement to it. I would choose blue or red if it were me.
