I do like the exhaust-mode switch.

Wish my Gladiator had that motor I would never have sold it. And they are not offering it on the Gladiator yet what a shame.

So they yank a V 10 motor out of Viper but yet can‘t put a 392 in a Ram?????

The 392 would almost be a pure drop in with very few changes.
FCA also dropped the ball when they didn't go with Allison trans behind the Cummins. I believe they would have increased HD truck sales by 30/40%, maybe more. They could have kicked GM's ass in sales.

I have one of these critters. It's a fun ride. Not Demon fast, but still puts a huge smile on my face when you push the loud pedal! But as they say it's a Jeep thing, and no matter the motor it is still a Wrangler with all the good...and not so good things that go along with it. I am not sure how long it will be in my garage as I am toying with the idea of a SS Redeye, but while it is, fun little toy!

I love the Jeep/392 but wouldn't know what to do with it since I don't 4 wheel any more. I need my comfort and love my 6.2 GMC with a tune in it. I would trade it in a second for a Ram/392

I picked up a Mojave.
Love the damn thing.
No doors and no top makes for a fun ride. Kids love it more than the TRX.
Only thing the new Wranglers are missing is about 50-100hp. The 392 was a nice idea, but overkill IMO.

A procharger for the 3.6L is on my list of mods for the thing.

Why buy the Jeep when for the same money you can get a real offload killler with the TRX. Plus way more horsepower

And a lot more weight, 7 mpg vs 15mpg, way bigger if you do technical trails, and the wrangler will be within a car length or less in the quarter. Besides that it's not a Jeep!!

My thoughts are with the TRX and the smiles it will bring when that supercharger whine is singing in the back woods. Plus they are the same price and the TRX is 232hp of more fun. Understand the Jeep lovers view and respect it.

My dealer is 10k over MSRP on both models. Not going to be buying either one with those prices

Trading in my HC for the 392 Wrangler. When they say it's a Jeep thing it really is. I love my JK. Trying to split the 2! I get a Wrangler and nice HP.

It is quick for a Jeep. Stop light wars are won without much trouble. I do wish someone would find a solution for the 99 mph restriction as it scoots up to thar speed quickly. The exhaust sounds good. Not GT 500 good, but a nice rumble if you want it. And it's a Jeep so it can take you places you shouldn't have gone and gets you back!
